Winter Water Bubblers: Proper placement and installation of bubblers make all the difference. We can assist you with the installation of the unit and your THIN ICE signs, we can monitor them throughout the season and in the spring we can remove them.

Property Monitoring Services:

Not spending the winter months here? Let us keep an eye on your property. A lot can happen here in a week from ice, wind, or power failures. We will do a check of your home on a weekly basis and after each storm to ensure that there is no assistance needed, if there is an issue you will be first to know and we will help you get it taken care of. We do monthly reports on the property for your review.

Open and Closing of homes:

On your way up and need the house open? We will open and close homes as needed turning on heat, making sure things are as they should be. Appliances turned on trash removed etc.

Here in the Lakes Region we have a hit or miss weather pattern. We are either buried in snow or we have a few small storms but there is one thing that is for sure, it is always COLD.
